Once you have filled out the form, you can submit it through our website by scanning the document,
or you can mail to the address listed below.

501 (C) (3) Organizations

Nonprofit organizations located in the Philadelphia region that are classified as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code are eligible to apply for a grant from The Do Gooders.
